Three of the six batters Robby Howell has faced so far tonight have gone down by strikeouts.

Kyle Marsh had a 10-pitch at-bat before getting walked. Then, Rylan Thomas had a seven-pitch at-bat before grounding out into the double play.

JU’s starter had himself a 23-pitch first inning.

Robby Howell (3-0) gets the start on the mound. He has posted a 2.82 ERA in 22.1 innings with 22 strikeouts. Batters are hitting .244 against him.
