Orlando City SC Signs Left-back Victor ‘PC’ Giro

Orlando City SC’s back-line finds itself a new addition with the club’s latest signing. On Wednesday, the club announced that it signed Brazilian left-back Victor “PC” Giro to a four-year contract.

The Brazilian formerly played for the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the North American Soccer League. In his time with the Rowdies, he recorded a goal and an assist in 14 games. The 22-year-old had previously played for the Fort Lauderdale Strikers before joining Tampa Bay. There, he recorded eight goals and four assists in 46 games since 2015.

“He is a young, energetic and skillfuul player that will give us creativity and versatility up the left side,” City general manager Niki Budalic said, per the release.
