Prior to Dave Chappelle‘s appearance on Saturday Night Live, the comedian had taken a lengthy hiatus from comedy. In fact, it was the exact opposite of comical when Chappelle spontaneously left Chappelle’s Show for a personal trip to Africa.
Now, the funny in Chappelle’s life returns. It was announced in late November that Chappelle would have three never-before-seen specials exclusive to Netflix. On March 21, Netflix will release the first two comedy specials from Chappelle’s personal comedy vault, according to the description of the teaser on YouTube.
