Like the X-Men, the Inhumans are reeling after the events of Inhumans vs. X-Men. And like X-Men Prime No. 1, Inhumans Prime No. 1 serves as a definitive preview one-shot for all upcoming Inhuman storylines. Those new series are Royals, Secret Warriors and Black Bolt.
Inhumans Prime No. 1 asks the question: Is there a future for the Inhuman race?
The one-shot includes Royals writer Al Ewing, artists Ryan Sook and Chris Allen. Combined, the three will introduce new storylines about Maximus, the prophecy of Marvel Boy, among others.
One new major storyline revolves around Black Bolt and his impact on the Inhumans. In Marvel’s official press release, the preview asks, “What dark secret is Black Bolt hiding that could shatter the Inhumans once and for all? Be there for this special issue that bridges the past of the Inhumans and their future, both here on Earth and in the depths of space.”
Inhumans Prime No. 1 will release alongside X-Men Prime No. 1 on March 29.
