It looks like a galaxy far, far away is about to get a whole lot bigger.

Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen said during a financial conference call Tuesday that the sequel to Star Wars Battlefront would be released in fall 2017, according to a report by GamesRadar.com’s Connor Sheridan.

“We’re working very hard on making sure that it’s an extremely deep and engaging offering,” Jorgensen said.

The follow up to the 2015 title will also take place during the timeline of the new trilogy of Star Wars films, per Sheridan’s report.

Coincidentally, the as-yet untitled Star Wars: Episode VIII will open in theaters on Dec. 15, 2017, shortly after the game’s release.

EA has also confirmed that Battlefront 2 will feature a more robust single-player component, possibly even a full campaign, after community backlash about a lack of single-player content.

The first Battlefront title hasn’t wrapped up its run entirely yet, though. There is still one piece of paid DLC content yet to be released.

This content, titled Rogue One: Scarif, will feature maps and heroes from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which is set to release Dec. 16.

The DLC has a release window of early 2017, with season passholders getting two weeks of early access.

Beyond 2017, Visceral Games’ third-person adventure Star Wars game is slated for a 2018 release and proudly sports Uncharted writer Amy Hennig as its lead writer.

It’s a new golden age for Star Wars with a new film and game coming out each year for at least the next two years.
